Those who know Palm Coast, Florida know the beauty that lies within this wonderful city and all that it has to offer. Like everywhere else in the country, Palm Coast was tremendously affected by the real estate crash in 2007 and was and left with an overwhelming amount of foreclosed homes. Many different jobs within the real estate industry such as Palm Coast Realtors, Home Inspectors, Mortgage Brokers , etc… we’re also affected. Finally we are starting  to see an upswing in the market, the foreclosure rate has decreased and things appear to be changing for the better. Palm Coast is not just a retirement community; every day new families are moving in from all over the world to start a new life in this beautiful piece of paradise. The aftermath of the real estate crash left many unfinished building projects like the town center and a mall that was supposed to be on US-1. Now it seems as if building is starting to continue at the town center and new homes are being built daily. Palm Coast has grown tremendously in the last decade. I can’t wait to see what the next decade will hold.
